Hotel Demo'

I was welcomed by a lovely lady in the afternoon after my train trip from Firenze to Milano. Smiley, welcoming and helpful! She proposed restaurants in the area and helped my find self-service laundromat! In return I got her a tiramisu. In the morning I met the morning shift crew. They were also warm and welcome but my favourite was the cleaning lady! She was such a nice person, and it almost felt like she was family. On the last day, I didn't run into her to inform her that I didn't need room cleaning so I happen to run into her around 12pm, I went to my room because I forgot my backpack, and so I gave her an ice-cream! It's honestly the first time I've felt well-served to give back such a positive attitude. I hope to see you again.

The demo hotel was excellent place for me and my girlfriend to stay and enjoy Milan , the hotel had everything we needed at a cost of value for money a first class stay at a price I could afford in Milan , with good breakfast and comfortable room , and good location near transport in Milan , to travel to other places with bus or metrol, staff at demo hotel are wonderful on day shift and night shift , helpful as well , hotel is 24 hours with staff at desk , good for coming home late after a day exploring Milan , it's second time I've stayed at this hotel , I'm very pleased with demo hotel , holidays are not cheap can be expensive , demo gave me a excellent service and good breakfast , it's a good location , close to Milano centrale train station and also bus stops and local eating places and food shops , made my holiday better and easy

The staff service is excellent. Amenities are fair and worth it. Very strategic and accessible to all city destinations and cultural, food and shopping places to be visited in Zurich.

The staff was kind. The location is good. Close to the train station, metro with direct line to the city center and to the bus towards the airport.

Staff were so helpful, answered all my queries..ie. which buses to catch, where to find the bus stop. All the staff made me feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Always greeted me with a smile..and very courteous ..all that l would ask if a hotel. Range of food for the breakfast was wonderful..thank you for a lovely stay.
